For Senior Living

Clinical Intelligence for Senior Living Communities

Practical compliance and risk prevention for senior living operators, without a heavy program.

Why it matters

Falls, wounds and changes in condition can expose gaps between the care plan, daily notes and the response documented. Medical-Legal Analysis helps your clinical, risk and compliance leaders see what the record supports and what needs attention.

Every Lexcura review is balanced. Your report names the strengths in your documentation alongside the concerns — including unfavorable evidence and gaps — so you see the record the way an attorney, an auditor or a surveyor would.

How we review

Every record review uses The Lexcura Clinical Intelligence Model™ to assess completeness and reliability, establish baseline, measure care against the standard and map whether a failure connects to injury.

Senior living services and pricing

The base price is paid in full upfront. Agreed overages are invoiced separately and paid before work begins. Card payments add 3%; bank transfers have no added fee.

Standard record reviews take 30 business days after complete records are received; the listed rush option is 20 business days for an additional $1,500. The staged pilot schedules are described on their offer pages.

Lexcura runs a conflict check before every engagement and does not take matters adverse to a current client.

How an engagement works

  1. 01

Agree the scope and complete a conflict check.

  2. 02

Sign the agreement and BAA; pay the base price upfront.

  3. 03

Receive your private secure-portal link and upload only the agreed records there. Never send resident records by email or through this website.

  4. 04

Pay agreed overages before review; receive balanced written findings directly, with the discussion described in your offer.

Who does the work

Clinical findings are made or verified by clinicians holding an active registered nurse license or a higher clinical license.

Trained analysts, including paralegals, organize records, build timelines and check citations under clinical supervision. They may confirm that a date, medication or citation matches the source page; standard-of-care, causation and other clinical judgments go to a licensed clinical reviewer.

Michelle Carroll, Founder and Chief Clinical Strategist, developed the Model and leads each engagement personally.

Ongoing protection

After the Compliance & Risk Prevention Pilot, quarterly retainer service levels are available by proposal. Scope and fees are agreed before commitment; training and briefings remain as agreed in the proposal.

Work beyond an allowance, and services not included in the tier, are billed at list price and paid before work begins.
