The pilot is the clearest way to see what The Lexcura Clinical Intelligence Model™ can do for your organization. We review 30 resident charts across three communities and bring the findings to your leadership team in a live briefing. You'll come away knowing where your documentation is strong, where it's exposed in each community, and what to fix first.

At a glance

Who it's for

  • COOs and VPs of Operations
  • Corporate risk, quality, and compliance leaders
  • Multi-community operators considering a compliance retainer

What you receive

  • A review of 30 charts you choose: 10 from each of three communities, each covering the most recent 90 days of documentation
  • A written findings report by community, with gaps ranked by risk and recommended fixes
  • A live 60-minute findings briefing on Zoom for your leadership team

What counts as a chart

The most recent 90 days of documentation for one resident: nursing and progress notes, medication and treatment records (MAR and TAR), the care or service plan, physician orders, and incident reports. Therapy notes and outside hospital records aren't included; they can be added at $350 per additional 100 pages.

Add-on

A single-event review of one high-risk event you choose, including the first 500 pages of its records, for $4,500.

Scope and record limits

Scope

30 charts across three communities, a written findings report by community, and a 60-minute leadership briefing on Zoom.

Record limits

30 charts — 10 from each of three communities — each covering the most recent 90 days of documentation. An optional add-on event review includes its first 500 pages.

Every Lexcura review is balanced. Your report names the strengths in your documentation alongside the concerns — including unfavorable evidence and gaps — so you see the record the way an attorney, an auditor or a surveyor would.

Timing and price

Delivered in stages. Each community's findings arrive within 30 business days after that community's 10 charts are received. The combined report arrives within 30 business days after the last community's findings, and the 60-minute leadership briefing on Zoom is scheduled within the week after that.

$15,000, paid in full through Stripe before records are sent. If you completed a Chart Snapshot in the last 30 days, its full fee is credited toward the pilot.

Refunds

Full refund if you cancel before we receive any records. Once the review begins, the fee is non-refundable.

Our commitment

Lexcura will not accept any case against your organization for three months after the pilot ends.

Pay Now

The Lexcura Pilot: The base price must be paid in full upfront. Any overage is invoiced separately and must also be paid before work begins. Submitting an inquiry does not place a paid order.

After cleared payment and a signed agreement, Michelle sends the next steps. Medical records are shared only through the secure portal after the services agreement and BAA are signed — never by email.
