You order the package at $12,500. That fee covers the comprehensive chronology, the narrative summary, the record-gap list, and up to 500 pages of the record set you send.
If the file runs longer, additional pages are billed at the published per-page rates — separately, and agreed with you before any extra work begins. New records or expanded scope are handled the same way. No hourly billing, no surprises.

How payment works
Pay the $12,500 package fee, which covers up to 500 pages.
When we start your project, we count the record pages. If there are more than 500, we send an invoice for the additional pages at the rates shown.
Once that invoice is paid, work begins and the turnaround clock starts.

Every component is written for the attorney's use in the demand letter — plain, sourced to the records, and ready for review. Clinical findings are made or verified by clinicians holding an active registered nurse license or a higher clinical license. Trained analysts, including paralegals, organize records, build timelines and check citations under clinical supervision. The package is not billed hourly from day one.

Analysts may confirm dates, medication entries and citations against the source page; standard-of-care, causation and other clinical judgments go to a clinician holding an active registered nurse license or a higher clinical license.
