Records Request Check: Know What the Attorney Will See
When an attorney asks for a patient's records, we review them before they're released and tell you what's in them.
$4,500
Pay NowA records request from an attorney is often the first sign of a claim. Before those records go out, it helps to know what they show. Lexcura reviews the complete record and gives your leadership a short, plain exposure summary: its strongest and weakest points, any missing documentation, and the claim the attorney is most likely building. You still release the full record exactly as required; you just won't be surprised by what's in it.

Scope and record limits
Scope
The complete record being requested, reviewed before release, with a plain exposure summary and the likely claim angle.

One patient's complete record, including the first 500 pages; $350 per additional 100 pages. The record is never changed, removed or delayed.
Every Lexcura review is balanced. Your report names the strengths in your documentation alongside the concerns — including unfavorable evidence and gaps — so you see the record the way an attorney, an auditor or a surveyor would.
