A full look at documentation risk across three of your branches, with a written report and a leadership briefing.
$15,000
Pay NowThe pilot is the clearest way to see what The Lexcura Clinical Intelligence Model™ can do for your organization. We review 30 patient records across three branches and bring the findings to your leadership team in a live briefing. You'll come away knowing where your documentation is strong, where it's exposed in each branch, and what to fix first.
At a glance
Who it's for
- COOs and VPs of Operations
- Corporate risk, quality, and compliance leaders
- Multi-branch operators considering a compliance retainer
What you receive
- A review of 30 records you choose: 10 from each of three branches, each covering the most recent 90 days of documentation
- A written findings report by branch, with gaps ranked by risk and recommended fixes
- A live 60-minute findings briefing on Zoom for your leadership team
What counts as a record
The most recent 90 days of documentation for one patient: visit notes, the plan of care, physician orders, medication records, aide and therapy notes, and incident or event reports. Outside hospital records aren't included; they can be added at $350 per additional 100 pages.
Add-on
A single-event review of one high-risk event you choose, including the first 500 pages of its records, for $4,500.
Scope and record limits
Scope
30 records across three branches, a written findings report by branch, and a 60-minute leadership briefing on Zoom.
Record limits
30 records — 10 from each of three branches — each covering the most recent 90 days of documentation. An optional add-on event review includes its first 500 pages.
Every Lexcura review is balanced. Your report names the strengths in your documentation alongside the concerns — including unfavorable evidence and gaps — so you see the record the way an attorney, an auditor or a surveyor would.
Timing and price
Delivered in stages. Each branch's findings arrive within 30 business days after that branch's 10 records are received. The combined report arrives within 30 business days after the last branch's findings, and the 60-minute leadership briefing on Zoom is scheduled within the week after that.
$15,000, paid in full before records are sent. If you completed a Chart Snapshot in the last 30 days, its full fee is credited toward the pilot.
Refunds
Full refund if you cancel before we receive any records. Once the review begins, the fee is non-refundable.
Our commitment
Lexcura will not accept any case against your organization for three months after the pilot ends.

Pay Now
The Lexcura Pilot: The base price must be paid in full upfront. Any overage is invoiced separately and must also be paid before work begins. Submitting an inquiry does not place a paid order.
After cleared payment and a signed agreement, Michelle sends the next steps. Medical records are shared only through the secure portal after the services agreement and BAA are signed — never by email.
Questions before paying
You choose the records, and the event if you add an event review. Please don't include patient names or health information. Records are shared only through our secure portal after your agreement is signed. This review is a clinical analysis, not legal advice.
