Essential Retainer — Annual Prepayment
$14,400 per facility, per year. Card payments add 3%; bank payments have no added fee.

This payment covers one facility, branch or hospital for one prepaid year (10% annual discount; no automatic renewal). For multiple locations or other agreed changes, Michelle supplies an itemized invoice to be paid before work begins.
Allowances are calculated per paid location and pooled across the operator’s covered locations. Records, event reviews and included claim, notice and audit-letter reviews are quarterly allowances; survey-readiness allowances are annual, not quarterly. Unused allowances do not roll over. Work beyond an allowance, and services not included in the tier, are billed at list price and paid before work begins.
Essential Retainer — Annual Prepayment: The base price must be paid in full upfront. Any overage is invoiced separately and must also be paid before work begins. Submitting an inquiry does not place a paid order.
After cleared payment and a signed agreement, Michelle sends the next steps. Medical records are shared only through the secure portal after the services agreement and BAA are signed — never by email.
