Introductory Case Screening Package

Three cases, reviewed the way the other side will read them, before you invest in them.

Most attorneys find out what the medical records really show far too late — in deposition, or after the experts weigh in. Lexcura Summit reviews the records upfront, using The Lexcura Clinical Intelligence Model™, so you can see a case's strengths and weak spots before you commit time and money to it.

$10,000

paid upfront

  • 3 Attorney Case Briefs, one for each case you choose
  • Up to 500 pages of records per case
  • Each brief delivered within 30 business days of receiving complete records
  • A 30-minute call per case to walk through the findings

Available once per firm. All three cases must be submitted within 90 days of payment. Pages beyond 500 per case are quoted and paid before work begins. After the package, Attorney Case Briefs are $4,500 each.

What each brief shows you

Record integrity

Whether the records are complete, consistent and timely, and where they're missing pieces.

The timeline

What happened, when, and how fast the care team noticed and responded.

Standard of care

Where the care met the standard and where it may have fallen short.

Causation and risks

How the clinical facts connect to the harm, and what the other side is likely to argue.

Who does the work

Clinical findings are made or verified by clinicians holding an active registered nurse license or a higher clinical license.

Trained analysts, including paralegals, organize records, build timelines and check citations under clinical supervision. They may confirm that a date, medication or citation matches the source page; standard-of-care, causation and other clinical judgments go to a licensed clinical reviewer.

Briefs are overseen by Michelle Carroll, Founder and Chief Clinical Strategist. Lexcura Summit provides medical-legal analysis, not legal advice or expert testimony.
